I received multiple items from this seller that had significant, undisclosed damage, including deep yellow storage stains on white garments and a completely ripped seam on a mesh bodysuit. None of these flaws were mentioned during the stream or in the description.
When I reached out privately to let the seller know, she was incredibly unprofessional and accused me of intentionally damaging the items myself just minutes after opening the package. Whatnot Support quickly reviewed the photographic evidence and issued a full refund. Buyer beware!! Unreliable item descriptions and terrible customer service when confronted with

Hi items were not stained when I sent them still you contact whatnot before letting me know I’m here for my customers and I even refund or give credit next time I will take pictures for the items before sending them, you have to see the other side too !
