What I'm upset about is I asked if the flower was removeable and the seller said that it was pinned on, when it was actually sewn on and I had to cut it off.Hi! The measurements were PTP 15-17 waist 13-18 which is a small. With Y2K the tag sizes are usually incorrect so I always provide measurements. As for the flower I do apologize that I missed that, if you would’ve reached out to me I would’ve been more than happy to work out a refund ✨ All were in great condition and they’re so lovely!! 🫶🏽 Amazing dress at a great deal and fast shipping!!!
