Sorry your experience with us didn’t go well! We experienced trouble for the very first time when searching for your card, and decided to send a Phantasmal Flames and Mega Evolutions booster pack instead with a note attached, claiming we would refund your money as well if necessary. We actually found your card, and I informed you that we would send it, free of charge, on our own dime. Instead of that, you decided to request a refund. That is completely acceptable, but your lack of empathy really ignited a fire in me, and made me realize that we do not need or want your business. Thank you! My cards arrived promptly and packaged well. Great host and team.
