Reviews (275)I received an empty envelope a clean cut on the side there was no tape to protect the outside to prevent anyone from taking what was inside if that’s what happened .We are sorry to hear that! When we do packages we always put the packing lable over the part of the envelope that closes so that we know it will not come open. Im not sure how that happened it sounds like it has something to do with t he delivery driver or mail place. If you message us we will more than happy to send you something in replace of that. Again we are so sorry! The seller marked this package as shipped on July 1, but USPS did not receive it until July 15. I purchased the order on June 30, and it was marked as shipped the following day, giving the impression that it was already on its way.
After nearly two weeks with no tracking updates, I contacted the seller. On July 14, they told me they were going to check on the package the next day. Coincidentally, USPS finally received the package on July 15, the same day they said they would look into it. Based on the timing, it appears the package may not have actually been dropped off until then. Marking an item as shipped two weeks before it is actually turned over to the carrier is misleading and unacceptable.
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the seller's handling of the order. not even a piece of cardboard to protect the cards and cards aren't mint as mentioned 😒 Thanks you for the W givvy and also w for the free extra card Great seller, a pleasure to do business with Awesome givey, thank you!
