Reviews (410)I don’t normally give out poor reviews but this literally took 2 weeks to post as “shipped”. I had contacted the seller and after numerous times with no response, I asked Whatnot to step in. Then, finally the package was in possession of USPS. The lack of communication was frustrating to say the least. Just tell someone if you know it’s going to take a while for you to ship an item out. I would have been understanding. But this was unacceptable. I’m not giving 1 star because when it did show up, I still received the items I purchased in good condition. Took a month not happy with it
Let me start with I don’t typically write bad reviews. Anyway, this seller was not a bad dude but just terrible at communicating outside of the show. He didn’t tell me he would take this long to ship an item and didn’t respond to any messages I sent him to get a reason on why he took so long. I did eventually get the items today but I ordered them on the 5th of January and he forgot to include a couple pieces. This guy is nice in shows but just sucks when trying to communicate with him. Do not buy from this guy, I’m sorry dude but I need a bit of communication when it comes to buying. I ordered the figures on 1-7 they did not arrive until 1-24. I DMed the seller multiple times and did not receive a response. Very disappointed that this order took so long. Items arrived as pictured and described. Shipping could have been faster. I would purchase from again. Thank you! Everything came fast, and exactly as described. Thank you, 10/10 would recommend this seller! I purchased the item on 10/9 and didn’t receive it until 11/03. I messaged the seller to get an approximate date of when it would be shipped and did not get a response. I was later told that the seller was busy however, they had the time to run a show and wait an additional two weeks before shipping. I do not typically write poor reviews however, given the unreasonable arrival date and poor communication, I thinks it’s appropriate. If there are any delays the seller will communicate that. He shows great hospitality and offers amazing deals on high end figs, I will continue to support his channel, I would recommend to check out his shows. Everything came in mint condition Excellent figures and great seller! Thank you!
