Regal sheild aurea showed variegation during the live stream however the plant I received was not variegated. Second issue during the live stream I asked if the dragon scale mint was recently separated the seller assured me it was not and it’s rooted in pon however after receiving the plant the roots were brown as if it had been in soil and the plant was bone dry only gave me part of the self watering pot the pon the plant was in wasn’t even cleaned before shoving it in there. The pot was waaayy to big for the plant. Both plants had dead leaves from being smashed in bubble wrap. Shipping took TWO days how were they that beat up after two days?? Although the seller never responded to my messages, the plant arrived in good condition. It was shipped with just bubble wrap (no insulation or heat pack) and took 7 days to arrive in the cold NY weather, but it still arrived healthy. I’m super impressed 😂👏🏻 Was never sent out an what not ended up refunding Plant arrived badly damaged by the heat pack I did not order. Packing was sloppy with nothing to protect the leaves except bubble wrap. Shipping took 2 weeks. showed up beautifully!!!! She’s beautiful! She was a little cold because of the winter snow storm. I put her close to a heater so hopefully she’ll pull through.
I am giving an overall 2 stars. Breakdown as of why. I messaged seller regarding insulation because I’ve never order from them before. I sent a couple of messages wanting to get info on a buy it now. No response. Giving two stars because seller did include a heat pack without requiring to purchase it. Plant came in a large too big of box for plant. It was stuck in shipping at no fault of seller but, when it arrived leaves were in the box. Plant was upside and out of the pot. A smaller box would have prevented it from moving around so much. Gave two stars solely on the amount of packing materials used and the heat pack was the only perks. No response on customer service was mainly my issue plus the plant coming dead but not their fault of selller It is a beautiful plant and the shipping was fast! I love my Hoyas! Although, I thought I bought 2 different species. I got 2 of the same. Which I love! They’re happy, healthy and arrived safely and the heat pack was still warm upon arrival! Thank you very much. I’d recommend this seller! Plants arrived beautifully. Awesome seller! The plants that I really wanted were missing and the one I received was dead A disappointing experience overall.
My order arrived after significant shipping delays, and a few of the plants I paid for were missing entirely, stated to be all shipped together and 3 plants were missing. One of the plants that did show up was completely dead on arrival. To make things worse, the seller doesn’t allow any direct messaging, so there was no way to resolve the issues or request replacements. Everything was ok but was missing one plant. WN refunded but was bummed bc I think it was my favorite 😩. Heyyy idk what happened but my alocasia was delivered. Soil was so moist and leaves were soft and stems fallen. Once I inspected seemed like the whole center stem was soft and rotted. So all I have left viable is the corm. It was like bright green moss colored so idk if it will survive. Just wanted to let you know!! maybe it was slow shipping and sat too long? Not sure! Just wanted to let you know. Your messaging is turned off otherwise I would have reached out to you personally Plants received, thank you! I got one wrong plant and one missing plant that WN took care of. I wish the seller had messaging so I could have reached out to them first! The rest of the plants looked great so I definitely would have talked to the seller first. While I did receive my plant and it was in a timely manner it was completely infested in mealy bugs. Unfortunately, I don’t know if I will even try to save the plant or just cut my losses to not worry about infesting my whole collection. Currently in quarantine so we will see. I give one star because I received one healthy plant but I’m pretty sure it’s not mine. The pink Thai wasn’t in the order, which happened to be the main one I wanted. Seller can’t be reached. Very unhappy with this order. I was really looking forward to receiving the Pink Thai. Will not purchase again. How can one sell and be unreachable???
