Package arrived at 1:00pm. Didn’t get away from my job until 4 pm. 5 were DOA and the remaining 5 looked like they might live. Well sadly I was wrong the remaining 5 died this morning. Will not order again. These were a gift for my brother and his wife and now all 10 fish $61 worth are dead and gone. Box was in great shape but the shipping is the joke. If I pay for fish and pay extra out of pocket for them to get here on time, I expect them to arrive alive and the DOA policy is not fair to those of us that work 10-13 hrs per day. So I will no longer be doing business here.Hello Jeremi, I am sorry for your bad experience. There are so many elements in your situation that is out of my control. I am more than happy to replace your fish if you just know how to follow DOA policy and acclamation procedures. I always mention to my show to please buy responsibly and that involves you as a buyer to accept the live animals package and bring inside your house asap to avoid getting cooked outside or in mailbox. I also offer upgrade 2day shipping with UPS. I don’t have control with the shipment when package are already drop off. As responsible buyer please use tracking. Very nice snails the shells were solid and heathy the packaging was very professional. In fact the best I’ve seen above and beyond. beautiful bettas fast shipping and great deals shipping was great packaged well no issues he even threw in two free angel fish! will be back for more not to mention the rice fish are cute Awesome seller!
