I contacted the seller but did not hear from them and finally contacted Whatnot what now it is now said that I am to return those items. I have heard nothing from the seller at all. I would not purchase another item from the seller.
Yes ma’am I did respond to your messages and I offered refunds on both or replacement of the sun face earrings. Unfortunately if an item gets damaged in transit I cannot help that. But I do take full accountability for the dangle earrings they were from an estate sale and I completely missed the Sheppards hooks being different. I am so sorry again
