Excellent review from a valued customer! Thank you for your purchases! We are glad you are so pleased with our products and service! The bottom half (legs) of the figurine was loose on the pop and hanging off the body. I was able to glue it on myself to fix it. turtleshellfcollectiblesSeller
We are sorry your Pop legs were loose. We never removed the Pop from the box as it was in Near Mint condition so we assume that loose part is a manufacturing defect. We also provide plenty of bubble wrap and packing materials on every Pop we send out. We are collectors too and would not ship a Pop with poor packing protection. Any damage that may have occured is more than likely due to handling in the post office or a manufacturing defect. If it post office related, please place a claim with WhatNot buyer’s protection. Again, we appreciate your business and are sad to see this review. Came bubble wrapped and had fragile written on box.
