It can be resurfaced, but also was tested and working and sold under market for a loose copy. It came with a case and the case alone is worth what I got out of it. I’d check with a local game shop about resurfacing, but it played fine before I listed it for sale. Tweeter pulling some banger cards great show my guy!!! This man is fire.
