Hi heartofwill, you purchased spots in a character break. The break is a chance break and if we pull the cards live in the break you receive the any hit spots you were randomly assigned. So if we would have pulled the Mega Dragonite ex MHR then you would have received the card. Unfortunately we did not pull any of your cards out of the break. That’s the way the breaks work. You are never guaranteed that your cards will be pulled. I am sorry, but all of this was fully explained in the show notes and in the break description. You received bulk cards as a consolation as described in the notes. Great hosts! Great show! I received my cards very quickly! I don’t know a lot about Pokémon, but they were super helpful and let me know when I got a good card! Highly recommend!
