The issue was ultimately resolved through Whatnot support, and I’m thankful for their help. However, there was clear confusion around the return process—specifically that returns are sent to Whatnot’s Arizona facility before refunds are issued. When tracking showed the item delivered there, this seemed to cause some misunderstanding.
Communication also became limited during the process, as I was no longer able to reach the seller, which made it difficult to share important updates.
I understand that mistakes happen, and I hope this seller becomes more familiar with the platform’s processes to help ensure smoother transactions in the future.
