All of the bags were really cute! And I appreciated the notice of delayed shipping. But I have to agree with some of the others that shipping in the bags wasn’t ideal. Some of my loungefly had bending and markings. Boxes definitely preferable for these kinds of items. For the deals though, not too much of an issue, thank you all regardless 😊🎉 Thank you!! Loungefly squished in a polymailer bag. I am a seller and you have to take the time to put bags in boxes and make sure they are secure. Won’t be buying here again. As I have only received half my order as well. My other two bags have never been shipped. Very sorry you are disappointed in your order. As a seller, I find it disappointing that you would leave a bad review instead of reaching out to us first. There is nothing wrong with shipping items in polymer bags, as I have received numerous bags that way myself. I don’t rate my order on packaging, as long as I receive my items in the condition promised. If I don’t, I always reach out to the seller first. We had over 500 bags that were sold, and shipped the best we could. All orders have been shipped, yours included. Sorry again for your disappointment in the way the bags were shipped. Very disappointed. This is 1 shipment of 3. I have ordered lots of bags from Whatnot and this is the first order that has NOT been placed in a box. My 1 bag is damaged. I paid hundreds of dollars for these bags and to have them shipped so poorly is very frustrating. I get you sold hundreds of bags but take the time to properly package them. I want my money back and I will properly ship these bags back to you. Completely unacceptable! I will never order from this seller ever again! If you received a damaged bag, I understand you’re disappointed. We repeatedly said during our shows to reach out if anything was wrong, so we had a chance to make it right. Send pictures of the damaged bag, so we can determine the course of action to take. We clearly state no refunds, cancellations. All of the bags were packaged properly. You can send the bags back for a refund if you are unhappy. As a seller, and for the future, reach out to the seller for a chance to fix things before leaving a poor review.
