I contacted the person & she claims it was not damaged in the showing, it must have happened in transit. & I have to make claim with ups. I went watch video again & I sent her a message letting her know the video was not of the bottom. I believe she was aware of the damage & failed to show bottom in the live showing. Therefore selling a damaged item to me.
I believe I should revive my money back from the people that run twisted bark. Not go through hoops to get a Full refund. Love my new goose platter!
