Was in a box too big with one piece of paper, the brass item was banging against its lid around inside. Well packaged! Appreciate the care taken for this item! It was missing a clip in the back to hold the glass and picture frame together, but I looked at the video and it was there when they displayed it, maybe it got knocked out while packing.
