I did not get a response back until Friday, and that was after me sending them multiple messages. Hopefully this will improve. Nice items. The young men selling are fun and very good at their jobs. Also, they insisted they ship out the next day. However, that wasn't the case. It was actually two days for a couple of the sales, which isn't a tragedy and I actually had no problem with, it just it wasn't true. Wasn’t described accurately. Second time that I got my order and it was as described. My third purchase got lost in the mail, it’s been over a month and I still don’t have it.
