While the product caked accidentally damaged which was undoubtedly a result of the products age 30+ years, the seller made it right to the best of his ability. A little ‘switch’ piece had unknowingly snapped off the motor unit and was left at the sellers residence. It really was nearly impossible for the seller to notice without removing the product from its original packaging. So I don’t blame the seller at all. But what’s really great about the purchase was that the seller scoured his place for the missing broken piece and took the time to send it to me via postal service so it could be reattached. It has since been reattached successfully. Heck of a customer service if you ask me. Other sellers could have dismissed and offered a discount or a return option but not this time. Wish more sellers were as courteous. Thank you for an interesting but enlightening purchasing experience. Thank you again! Arrived sooner than expected! Item in advertised condition.
