Maybe that sounds a little dramatic, but anyone who buys on Whatnot knows the feeling—you sometimes open a package only to find the items are smaller than expected, the colors aren't quite right, matching pairs don't actually match, or something arrived broken. That has NEVER happened with Hannah.
