It ain’t the first time this has happened.This item was completely covered in bubble wrap and then put in a sturdy cardboard box with bubble mailers and additional bubble wrap. I’m not sure what else the buyer expected us to do.
We are sorry that the USPS damaged the item but the buyer did not provide us with any photographs or evidence of damage nor did he notify us of any issue prior to posting his review.
It is a bit unfair to leave us a negative review for the negligence of a third party, government-run shipping company. We disagree with any claim that any damage was the result of our packaging. Perfect, Very nice packaging! slightly damaged package, only complaint was delivery time.Sorry man. We dropped the package with USPS the day after you purchased and it was NOT damaged when we shipped it. I’m sure you understand that we can’t control the USPS delivery times (especially during the Holidays) or their workers. Great seller.
