Seller plastered a label across the front of the pattern that is not removable, that label wasn't there when I purchased it. I sent a message about this to the seller with no response. Bad customer service and ruined my pattern envelope. Linda! I didn’t notice this review until now (10/3) but I’m really saddened to see how malicious people can be on this app but I guess that’s what you get sometimes from people who have no other intent except to complain. I checked my records and I saw that I did respond to you the same day on 9/8 regarding the label, about four hours later in fact and but literally eight days later you decide to post this review, which is in essence false because you said I did not reply, when in fact I did.
