I’m very appreciative of the type of plant it was…shipping bare root however really did a number on my plants. The orange 🍊 cutie & my princess are hanging on for dear life. But I’ll make sure to keep them alive. Plants arrived safely and I love them. Lucky bamboo was a bundle with the spider plant but the bamboo was missing. For the price, I'm not worried. I didn't realize it until posting a review but I also won a givvy. Nothing was included for the givvy. But again, I am not worried. Great deal on the plants. My plants-COOKED.They arrived with roots an lower main stem bone dry & leaves Discolored.Before i could get package opened up all the way ,I could smell that the plants were DONE for.The package got here & I got it inside and opened in about 10 minutes,knowing it was too hot in TN,98º,to let a package just sit.I'm glad I was home or it would have been worse.Even tho seller was extremely nice I think this will be my 1st and last purchase.. this is the first time I've ever gotten plants W/O some type of plant gel, or ziplock bag w/wet towel,or aluminum foil w/wet paper towel. My other 6 ordered from other sellers,Perfect in mini pots w/2 tbsp wet dirt & wet paper towels in foil or cups.Ive been ordering plants online for the past 2 years & Ive NEVER received plants W/O some type of moisture placed. Tops were dead & brown. No cancelation Ok, REFUND- PLEASE!!!!!!
