I purchased a vignette and one of the pieces is a ceramic pheasant, which I was looking forward to receiving, but it is broken. I also thought that the one item was an actual working lamp but it is pieces and parts to something that is not even functional as a lamp or even a tealight holder. The tin has a bent corner. Super unhappy with this purchase and feel like I wasted my money. I am so sorry this happened,the items must have been damaged in shipping. I would never send a broken pheasant or a bent tin. We have excellent shipping ratings and very little damage or breakage so it is rare, but it does happen because occasionally the post office is rough again I am very sorry this happened.
