We’ve always taken pride in getting orders out as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws things at you that have to take priority. We’ve had an unusually difficult couple of weeks personally, and shipping was unfortunately delayed. We own that completely and appreciate everyone who has shown us a little grace during a tough time. Shipping took longer than expected and whatnot had to get involved to get it shipped We absolutely take responsibility for the delayed shipping and apologize. We’ve both been navigating some difficult and unexpected personal circumstances, and unfortunately we fell behind. This is very unusual for us, as our selling history reflects. Life happens, and while that doesn’t excuse the delay, we are human. We do want to clarify that Whatnot never contacted us or had to get involved with these orders.
