Reviews (23)The plant arrived alive, which I truly appreciate, but it did arrive with some damage and soil scattered throughout the box. The packaging consisted of a few pieces of paper, which didn’t seem to provide enough support to keep the plant secure during transit. Since the plant was quite small compared to the size of the box, it may have shifted around during shipping. I believe a bit more protective packaging would help ensure plants arrive in even better condition in the future.
Thank you for sending the plant, and I’m hopeful it will recover and thrive with a little extra care. Packaging could use some work but plants were great 😊 Had some issues with the carrier but seller righted the wrong immediately. Will still shop here! As the other plant was great just issues with USPS! the seller is super sweet & gave me two china doll plants since mine got lost in the greenhouse 💚 packaging definitely needs an improvement, they were all dumped out in the box when they got here, but were luckily still alive 🙂 Plants arrived great, plan to purchase again!
