It survived 15days in shipping due to a USPS error. Still looks good! Even though it was delayed in the mail, through no fault of the seller, the plant arrived in excellent shape. Thank you! Thank you! 🙏 My el choco red is absolutely stunning! But my Florida beauty didn’t make it unfortunately. It’s nothing to do with seller that’s why he’s still getting 5 stars. The ups guy handed me a box that looked like he kicked it from Florida to Massachusetts. My heart sank. He looked at me and said he would put a note on the order saying it was damaged. I immediately opened the box and to my surprise the el choco red was unharmed but my Florida beauty definitely took the hit on this one. However the seller is replacing it with a different plant for free! His plants are gorgeous. Great plants and great wrapping. He really cares about making sure everything arrives as seen Arrived perfectly safe and sound. Always find the best stuff with them!
