I tried to explain the items in as much detail as I can, but obviously I need to improve in this area. It’s so hard with sizes because some 20s in some brands are actually 24 and some 24s in some brands are actually 20s. All I can do is relay the brand label, but I will make sure to give even more detail in my next show. Again, I’m sorry that you were disappointed because I do value your custom, especially given that you’re a regular. Thank you for your feedback and I will endeavour to improve in this area.
