Voice was as majestic as normal but that hands were still the way they make you feel warm and safe inside. You just get this feeling to bid on everything. custom order made for me the customer service was very good and asked me confirming questions about the arms and other things overall it was a great purchase also really good quality i was surprised that the head had printing and could be removed from the helmet! Awesome! The Shipping is perfect everything was really good and the customer service is amazing and the quality of the 3-D printed items is amazing i would recommend
