When I got it, the box was damaged and bent, no fault of the seller. I opened up the package and the hat had several creases and the brim was bent crooked as well. What I was most upset about though is the seller did not make it known that this hat was the oversized XL size. So now I have a hat that I cannot wear because the hat is so big, I had to tighten it to the last two holes. The back gap is almost completely closed and it has a peak at the back too. I was very disappointed in this purchase. I hate that your package arrived damaged. I wish you would’ve reached out to me so I would’ve had a chance to make it right with either another hat or a refund due to the damaged package. We did have a few larger hats get mixed in on accident and I apologize for that.
