I paid $10.58 for four Pokémon cards, and two of them were duplicates, which significantly reduced the value of the order.
The seller was also misleading during the live auction and did not clearly explain the rules or how the sale worked, especially for new customers. The lack of transparency made the experience confusing and frustrating.
The packaging was unacceptable. The cards were simply placed in a regular envelope with no penny sleeves, top loaders, cardboard reinforcement, or bubble wrap. Collectible trading cards should be shipped with proper protection to prevent damage during transit.
Overall, this was a poor buying experience. I hope the seller improves their communication, clearly explains the auction rules, and packages items appropriately to protect customers’ purchases.Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience.
This stream was a Character Break, which works differently than purchasing a specific card. Each buyer purchases a randomized character spot, and if that character is pulled during the break, they receive those cards. The featured cards shown on the wheel or in promotional images represent possible chase cards within the set, but they are not guaranteed to be pulled.
