My seller portal shows the order delivered on Sept 4 10:02am. That’s not something I can manually update but is automatically updated by USPS + WhatNot when an order is delivered. Do you have a front office you can check with?
Unfortunately since your order was for $5 it does not come with tracking (first letter class mail) so I’m not sure how you called USPS to verify whether they received it or not without any information to provide them.
