Only four stars due to an issue with customer service. Although it was great that they were willing to cancel a purchase (I was the only bidder on it and they had another copy that didn't sell), I never received any responses from them and it took multiple messages to get the cancellation to go through. I would have appreciated at least being told yes or no on whether or not they were willing to cancel it. Other than that, very satisfied with the purchase! The best stream for vinyl records on the app. Thanks for the giveaway. I appreciate all you guys do for your community! You rock!🤘
