Haven’t tried yet but spending $50 on a dress I hoped I wouldn’t have to have it dry cleaned. Anyways, I love the other dresses, and if the stain wasn’t there it would have been easy 5 stars.The item is new with tags in polybag. These are artisan made pieces. I asked if you could wash the dress as I would wash anything before wearing. If the marks did not come off I asked if you could file a claim with whatnot for a REFUND. I do see you asked for the refund and Whatnot completed the process for you. You got your money back and a free dress. 👗 💕 Amazing host! Amazing prices too!
