Once I received the brass bowl I saw how there appears to be damage on either side where a handle had once been. On the video receipt I could see her covering those areas. Not sure if that was intentional or not. Still a nice bowl but wish I would have known exactly what I was purchasing. I’m sorry you had a bad experience. This is why I’m not selling on whatnot anymore. You got a gorgeous, large brass bowl for thrift store price and I’m being accused of “intentionally” hiding something I never even noticed. I assure you if I had seen it I would have mentioned it. I apologize for that. Whatnot will refund your $7 if you put in a claim, and you get to keep the nice bowl. That being said, in my opinion the packaging was the issue. Instead of it being shipped in a box with proper packaging materials, the record was wrapped very tightly, (too tightly in my opinion) before being wrapped inside of two square pieces of cardboard. This was placed inside a poly mailer bag. As a result, my vintage record did not withstand the shipping process, arriving in the broken pieces. I am sorry your item arrived broken. I did my very best to ensure it’s safe arrival with lots of padding, support, and bubble wrap,, but I reckon I went overboard with the plastic wrap. Please file for a refund on the broken item. I hope that despite the record being broken, you are still able to enjoy the free gifts I included with the order. Very sweet always a great show ❤️Avo my sweet friend!
