I ordered a lot of items and was worried about shipping. I only had one ornament break, but it was a boxed set so I am not surprised. No fault of the seller. I had high hopes! Entertaining show, funny engagement from the hosts, and great inventory. Sadly, whomever packed my order shouldn’t be allowed to pack antique, extremely fragile glass ornaments as they do not know how to properly wrap them. The ornaments came wrapped in bubble mailers packed tightly in a box…zero tissue paper/bubble wrap to protect each one. Some of the envelopes had 2 or three ornaments in one, causing breakage. Im so sorry that happened, happy to pay for damaged items if you submit request. Kristi There were 45 priority mail bubble mailers inside my box of items…45!!! 31 of those were not used at all and the others were used as fillers inside bowls and to wrap them. There was either cat or dog hair covering them!! I had to open outside of my house. The items themselves were just okay with several “flea bites” in the paint not disclosed. Some inappropriate references made as you can watch in the video receipt of the item marked Crazy Daisy. I am so sorry that happened please ask WN for a refund. Great buy, fast shipping, very well packaged! Item was as described by seller and packaged very nicely to prevent damage during shipping. Small chip on the larger lid that must have occurred during shipping. Otherwise perfect! Packaged perfectly! Arrived quickly! Always love ordering from you all! Great seller!
