I didn't get updated on shipping until the day I actually got the doll. my daughter was waiting and waiting and I had to tell her after almost two weeks that I didn't think it was actually coming. I'm just glad it finally actually came. I’m sorry you had such a poor experience with the shipping delays. The post office has been taking a very long time to ship and as it states in my post you could always message me and I could have rectified the situation instead of you leaving me a bad review. I did message you right away after you sent me messages and I did package with care as I do all my items. I have 5 stars on other platforms. I have been selling for over 6 years and never had any issues. Please reach next time instead of sabotaging someone’s livelihood. Well packed , Nice as New and Amazing price!
