I go through every item and we individually ticket the name of the buyer and pre package on the side so there is no mix ups. When we ship we watch the video receipt. We condense the items (especially jewlery) into ziplock bags so they don’t shake or break during shipping and we surround it with bubble wrap. You recieved your items. There was only one shipment. I can prove and assure you that it was shipped. We are not in the business of withholding 5-10$ of items back. Alas.I will still give freebies and treat your purchase with integrity. Great earrings- love them! I would suggest packing them in a more sturdy package and not a bubble mailer as one of the earrings broke at the top. Delivered fast. Nice variety.
