I really didn’t want to leave a bad review, but I purchased an item and also won a giveaway on 7/15. When my package arrived, it only contained the two crystals she wanted to gift me, and the giveaway/ item i bought were missing. I’ve reached out multiple times but haven’t received a response. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of communication has been disappointing. recieved item purchaced. packed with care and shipment was pretty quick. Nice item. I would buy from this seller again. Thanks, very pretty little piece. Never received my order. She printed a mailing label on July 17th and it’s now August 8th and tracking still shows that the label has been printed but not shipped. I sent message to her with no response to this date. I would really love to receive my crystals however, at this point, I’m sure it’s a lost cause. Buyer beware. Evidently I’m not the only person that she’s ghosted. Never received the order. I reached out and never got a response. Thankfully WhatNot support helped me get a refund. Never received orders won on 7-15 messaged seller and got no response. Took my money printed label then ghosted me....Started a slip with whatnot still no response from seller. Buyer beware 😔 Great items!
