I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I feel the need to share my experience with this seller. On December 11th, I ordered 3 Stellar Crown packs and 3 Twilight Masquerade packs. After some delay due to personal circumstances, the package arrived on December 23rd—but only the Stellar Crown packs were included.
I contacted the seller, and while they seemed apologetic and promised to send the missing packs, nothing happened. After waiting through the holidays, I followed up on January 3rd, and they offered me a refund. I agreed, but as of January 10th, there’s been no refund and no further communication.
It’s a £20 order—not a big deal—but the handling of this situation has been frustrating. I didn’t want a refund; I just wanted the items I paid for. While I can understand initial delays, the lack of follow-up is disappointing.
I’ve issued a refund through WhatsApp. I thought it would be fairer to reach out to the seller first. Apparently not.
