Another amazing order from Vine and dandy with a twist!! I bought a couple of smalls to help get to the 1000.... Then i took a chance on the mystery box. Always a fun gamble. Have never been disappointed yet. What a generous seller to be able to make a cutting of this amd send it out into the world. Paid for upgraded priority shipping and a shipping charge on the upgraded shipping & still took USPS 5 days. Had expected the hoya to be labeled and it is not. Had also expected cuttings to at least be shipped in moss. The cutting arrived healthy even though USPS delayed the package. The missing tag was an honest human error. As a small business owner, I package every order myself, and occasionally a mistake can happen. I was never contacted about the missing tag, so I wasn’t given the opportunity to identify the cutting or correct the issue. The upgraded Priority shipping service was provided as purchased; however, USPS transit times are outside of my control once the package has shipped. My listings and policies also do not state that cuttings are shipped in sphagnum moss. Well packed and fast shipping. Cuttings and Plant are in Amazing shape.
