Overall everything looked great and made it through shipping well! Unfortunately while gently unpacking one of the plants from the cardboard mailer it resulted in the main stem snapping off at the base. Not a huge deal as the plant was healthy and able to be propagated, and the stem is pushing a new growth point. I would suggest maybe use the bubble mailer to replace the more rigid cardboard mailer sheath, at least for thin stemmed plants. Overall great though! Thank you!! I purchased a plants on7/3/26. they didn't ship them until 7/15/26. they went to a po box that isn't my address and when I reached out to them, they said to contact the post office, so I did. the post office doesn't have them and neither do I. I asked for a replacement... not even a refund. they told me no and said I had to go through the app for a refund but because it had taken so long for them to get back to me, I am out of time for a refund as well. BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS SELLER. We believe this review was intended for another seller as your order was delivered on the July 20th at front door/ porch. It was also shipped within normal time frame as stated all over our page as well as verbally before checkout. This review was left 7 days later and shipped by the 15th and delivered by the 20th meaning your item was in transit approximately 5 days. -Savannah They arrived perfect. Thank you.
