Item I purchased was faulty and he didn’t state it was . I also won the buyers giveaway and someone told him that he hadn’t run the buyers but a followers which was incorrect as it shows on my activity on my account I did win the buyers giveaway . But he then run another one and someone else won it . I was sent a tin of wax melts . Tried to messsge seller and explain but he was having none of it and was adamant he was correct . Hey, Thanks for the review. However, the "faulty" thing you're referring to is only a tied knot in drawstring which can be opened, sometimes it can be too tight. Apologies for that. Regarding the giveaway, I highlighted during the live it was mistakenly named buyers giveaway but it was followers giveaway since everyone could enter. I explained again when you won and you said OK in comments and only after that I ran actual buyers. I've sent you things which are priced much more than the amount you spent as a token of that mistake. Apologies you had this experience.
