First the seller posted that she had 2 of the exact same platter for sell, I won both. Then she tried to send me another item in replacement. (Different pattern) No thanks. She refunded the LOWER bid. The platter was described as “excellent” condition but arrived with a “pitted stain” (with an indented stain) on the front. Granted she only showed the picture of the front of the platter of 2 auctions, and NEITHER had the damage. I contacted her about the condition and she replied saying that she would refund me on Cash App (I didn’t purchase it that way) then she BLOCKED me before I could leave a review. I contacted support to be able to leave a review. BUYER BEWARE! Still waiting to be resolved, I wasn’t going to even leave a review until she BLOCKED me then I figured out that’s probably how she has a 5 star review to begin with, she BLOCKS those that have a problem. Unethical! This is the first time I’ve had an issue with anyone. I refunded her for one of the plates. She bid on the one shown first and won. I did not change the listening or the plate. I had several different kinds of plates of different makers and I listed as such. I refunded her money on that one and offered to refund money on the other. I blocked her after being harnessed constant by this buyer. I hope that based on my good standing I will continue to have a good rating. Shipped quickly and packed perfectly!
