Buy at your discretion Unfortunately this is completely false and the buyer took out her frustrations with WN on me and my page. I’m happy to provide her written threats and the emails with specific instructions from WN on how to handle the situation and why they ruled against her if anyone is questioning my integrity. I hope she has a better day tomorrow.. Item broke in transit and seller is refusing to refund “saying she can’t, it’s against the rules”. I sent multiple photos of the damaged box and damaged item, have gone back and forth with her all day for no resolution at all. I have NEVER left a bad review but this is ridiculous Buyer reached out stating that one of her two items was cracked in transit due to USPS snagging her box with “no fault in my packaging”. She applied to WN for a refund and was denied. She then spent her day threatening me and harassing me for a personal refund (apart from WN) to cover her item. I am in contact with WN with all the appropriate documentation, but because they haven’t answered me yet (they allow up to 48 hours to reply to me) she decided to continue to threaten and leave nasty reviews. I never purposefully intended to deceive-I’m only finding the proper channels through WN Took great care in wrapping and bowl was just as described! Fast shipping and perfectly packaged.
