What I find disappointing is when reviews focus on things outside a seller’s control rather than the actual items received. Shipping materials can come from many sources, but the quality of the merchandise, accuracy of the descriptions, careful packing, and customer service are what truly matter—and Christina excels in all of those areas.
She consistently goes above and beyond for her customers, offers great deals, and clearly takes pride in what she does. My experience was outstanding from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to purchase from her again. Highly recommended. Took a week to ship and the package smelled HEAVILY of cigarette smoke. It was so bad my husband and I couldn’t stop coughing. We immediately had to throw all the packaging material in the outside trash and had to put our purchased item outside to air out. The stained glass piece we purchased was super cute and arrived in one piece. Great seller with awesome things 😀 The items were beautifully packaged with nothing broken but the cigarette smell was so bad I put the whole box in my garage for two weeks before even trying to open them. Two weeks later the smell was just as bad. I almost threw the whole box away with 7 items in it. I see from other comments that the seller was working on a solution as they are non smokers. All items were not damaged and arrived in very decent shape but not sure I would order again as the smell is even on the hard goods now. I am torn as to whether I will buy again as the items were really beautiful. Fantastic experience! Great items, great prices, fast shipping, and careful packing. Couldn’t be happier!
