First i got a good deal on a valuable record. seller later text saying his "dad" wouldn't let him sell that one and cant sell it. then canceled with the excuse of "couldnt find item." also daid he would make it up to me by sending something extra...which he did not. items i did receive..one record per box wothout protectioninside....half were scratched and he sent 2 that were the same album but different from what he showed in show. could tell after seeing the stickers on the sleeves and sent lower grade. i tried texting him several times with no response. had to submit a dispute through whatnot and still has not responded almost a week later. Also took almost 2 weeks to ship. I usually try to work out issues. Terrible packaging, individually boxed without protection and taped with a wad of tape. Missing a vinyl in which I had to contact support to get a refund for because seller would not respond. Has a great collection that’s not his so has very little knowledge on what he’s selling.
