I purchased 5 items. When my package arrived, there was only 4 items in the shipping box. The missing item was an antique style whiskey jug medium in size. This item would probably be 4-6 lbs. I assumed it was split into a second shipment. It was not. I emailed the seller who reported it to whatnot for some reason. The seller requested a picture of the box and packing material and items received as if the packages had been tampered with, therefore I discarded the packaging and sent the email letting the seller know that the jug was missing. I explained that the packaging and box were all in tact and did not appear tampered with. The box with the 4 items wasn’t big enough to have had that jug inside. I did not hear back from whatnot and the seller just sent an “oh well” type of response. That is a shame because the other items were nice and a good price and I would have loved to do business with the seller in the future, but I will not due to the way this was handled.
