Reviews (9)absolutely do not purchase fish from this seller!! the stream I entered she stated everything would be 2-3 day shipping and come with an ice pack. the following stream she did (before my shipment went out) she started telling people that they had to purchase their ice packs for live arrival guarantee. mine was not sent with an ice pack or sent 2-3 day shipping it was sent ground and they stayed in a box Mon-Fri with no elemental protection at all. they were sent with straps of paper in a big open box which allowed no secure support for the bag they were in. the stench of death was immediately present when picking them up from the post office. The seller had the nerve to state her fish were sick and try to downplay everyone receiving deceased fish in their orders. Plenty of other sellers on here that ship live properly this seller isn't one and offers false information. when messaged about the fish shipment and how upset I was to recieve them I got a thumbs up emoji. don't support them!Your order was a give away everything was covered by me so I don’t know why ur being rude. Needs better packing. Arrived dead. Thanks for the feed back I appreciate people like you! 8 more dead fish. These were long dead before they were delivered. You could could smell the stench before you even opened the box.Get cold packs for live gurantee! seller said buy 5 get 1 free but then only sent 5. Seller promised 1-3 day delivery mine took 8 days to reach. 1 fish died because of the delay and I ended up not even asking for a refund I just wanted to no end this horrible experience. Horrible, would not recommend.Was offered refund he refused. shipping went great all arrived alive and healthy! All 6 catfish dead. Bloated body and smelled terrible.
