I’ve messaged multiple times and have gotten one response asking for a copy of the receipt that was in the packaging. I’ve sent that and have heard nothing else. I’ve messaged again and still nothing. This is not what I expect from this company. They’ve always been reliable in the past, but somewhere someone is dropping the ball.
