Reviews (473)got two boxes from this seller ,took 8 days to get to me which was good and boxes in perfect condition which was awesome,then I opened the boxes and the heat that came out was redicules and I noticed no ice packs at all,then started taking stuff out the rolls were smashed and icing melted and sticking to the wrappers and some condinsation on inside from I'm guessing sugar melting ,nutty bars were soft could barely touch because they was smashing and chocolate melted on to wrapper,and I bought 8 bags chips as seen in pictures two were completely flat no air left and crushed and the others the chips are crushed up in the bags don't seem to handle things very well only thing that was good was box of sour patch kids really disappointed to spend that kind money on two boxes when I'm a disabled single mother and having to throw half stuff away because don't want my kid getting sick. wont purchase again I bought two boxes ,it took 8 days to get to me which wasn't bad but day got my boxes opened then right as soon as delivered crazy heat came out of the boxes and I noticed no ice packs ,the honey buns and rolls were smashed and the icing all melted stuck to the plastic wrapper ,nutty bars were melting and soft and couple already parts smashed,3 bags chips were completely flat no air in them and the chips were all smashed and I bought í bags and only 2 were ok the rest the chips were all crushed in them. and the boxes they were shipped in was perfect so nothing to do with the post office.contacted the seller right away along with pics and today is the next day with no resolve or another message back.very disappointed I am a disabled single mother I don't get food stamps ECT so over $40 spent on these two boxes and bunch had to be thrown . Granted my chips came exploded and everywhere, I think that was the shipping and not their fault directly. The snacks themselves are great and it shipped in 8 days 😋 Awesome show! Great items! I asked if they put in cold packs and I thought everyone dealing with candy this time of year did. He explicitly said “NO WE DONT DO THAT” after I bought the candy. Hi, not only did I state in my live that I do not use ice packs in my packages, I also had it in my show notes to prevent any confusion. With that being said I did my best to tell everyone there is no ice packs and to put any candy bought in the freezer for a better experience. They shipped out really fast. My box arrived with water damage and box was falling apart. USPS did place it into a plastic bag but some of the food was sitting in a soggy box; I had to throw a few items away for the most part it was okay. Great deal for my favorite candies! I will say right now this is one of the best boxes I have ever got on this app. I threw the chocolate in the fridge raider as soon as I got it, but it was packed to the rim. It was so nice.
