I asked if they put in cold packs and I thought everyone dealing with candy this time of year did. He explicitly said “NO WE DONT DO THAT” after I bought the candy. It was a hot mess of piles when I got it. After I write this if it will let me I will attach pictures. Hi, not only did I state in my live that I do not use ice packs in my packages, I also had it in my show notes to prevent any confusion. With that being said I did my best to tell everyone there is no ice packs and to put any candy bought in the freezer for a better experience. They shipped out really fast. My box arrived with water damage and box was falling apart. USPS did place it into a plastic bag but some of the food was sitting in a soggy box; I had to throw a few items away for the most part it was okay. Great deal for my favorite candies! I will say right now this is one of the best boxes I have ever got on this app. I threw the chocolate in the fridge raider as soon as I got it, but it was packed to the rim. It was so nice. I was very very pleased with it. And the customer service was Everything as expected from the items and the packaging for delivery thank you very much. Highly recommend this store..
