Horrible way of handling the issue. Buyers be aware! Shady business! I wanted to watch the breakers, product and get a feel for the potential to buy into their breaks. I figured I’d join the givy and potentially get free shipping if I decided to purchase. I gotta say I don’t think I would ever get into a break with them. I found it odd the host was getting up often. They opened a sealed box of hobby boxes and right before the break they removed them from the screen. I don’t know if they potentially switched out the boxes or why it was done but that alone will keep me from buying with them. When it came time for the givy box opening the screen went black and frozen until just before the end of the stream and then it came back for them to say bye. Seems odd. Just not a great experience. The givy was free so I can’t complain there. Fast shipping and well packaged. I hope they are honest people but I won’t be back. Fast shipping, packaged to perfection!
